Everyone in the team is paid as per the salary benchmarking that we do every year for all roles. As a company we are paid the median of what the industry offers, based on the role and the level we are hired at.

Awesome Perks

wariCrew gets a whole host of perks including Rs. 72K per year wellness pack, 100% reimbursement of internet & premium subscriptions, Rs 6K book allowance, reimbursement of any online course, health insurance for self and parents. Partners may choose to get premium subscriptions, book allowance and internet - it is their choice.

Quarterly Bonus

10% of WebVeda's profits every quarter form the bonus pool for wariCrew. This is then distributed individually based on our quality and timeliness of work. For the partners, they have a performance bonus every quarter, should they wish to opt for it.

100% Trust & Transparency

We can work for anyone else. Everyone's salary is known publicly. Our salaries get paid in advance. It is crazy, we know! :))
